At Prop Kit Studio, our services involve dedicated creative, design and development work tailored specifically to each client. Once a project begins, time and resources are allocated specifically to that project.
Please read the following policy before purchasing our services.
1. Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required before work begins for services purchased directly through our website.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the service description, pricing, included deliverables and applicable terms.
For custom projects, the scope, deliverables and final pricing may vary depending on the requirements of the project.
2. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you need to cancel your project before any design or development work has started, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will review the cancellation request and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method.
Any refund is subject to confirmation that work has not already commenced and that no project-specific work or resources have been allocated.
3. Cancellation After Work Has Started
Once design, development, research, creative direction or other project work has commenced, the payment is generally non-refundable.
This is because project time and creative resources have already been committed to your project.
If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
4. Revisions
Each service includes the number of revision rounds stated in the relevant package or project agreement.
For example, if your package includes 2 revision rounds, those rounds must be used during the agreed review stage.
Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
We will confirm any additional costs with you before carrying out additional work.
5. Client Materials & Project Delays
The project timeline begins once we have received the required materials needed to start the project.
Depending on the service, this may include:
- Logo and brand assets
- Brand guidelines
- Copy and project information
- Property, yacht or interior photography
- Website or listing links
- Contact and enquiry information
- Other materials specifically requested for the project
Delays caused by missing materials, incomplete information or delayed client feedback may extend the project timeline.
6. Changes to Project Scope
The price paid covers the services and deliverables described in the selected package or agreed project scope.
Requests for additional pages, templates, layouts, functionality, development, integrations or other work outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.
We will communicate any additional cost and obtain your approval before proceeding.
7. Service Issues
If Prop Kit Studio is unable to deliver the agreed service due to circumstances within our control, please contact us so we can work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include correcting the work, completing the agreed deliverables, extending the project timeline, or issuing an appropriate partial or full refund.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider, bank or card issuer.
For payments made through PayPal, the refund will be processed through PayPal in accordance with its applicable policies and procedures. PayPal states that refunds are generally returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

10. Third-Party Services
Where a project involves third-party services, platforms, hosting providers, email platforms, payment providers or other external services, Prop Kit Studio is not responsible for policies, outages, restrictions or changes imposed by those third parties.
Any third-party costs will be communicated separately where applicable.
